A sector-specific qualification to meet industry's need for a higher level practical qualification with external accreditation
Designed to develop comprehensive knowledge and skills in key areas of food safety management, the Level 4 Award is ideal for owners or managers of food businesses, supervisors with level 3 food safety knowledge, those who monitor and audit food safety systems and trainers wishing to deliver levels 1 and 2 qualifications (with an appropriate training qualification). Delegates will be required to complete two workplace-based assignments (of approx 1500-2500) words prior to sitting a written examination.
