In order to guarantee safe food for consumers, food business supervisors must keep their knowledge up to date.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who has taken the CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering is recommended to take a refresher course three years after completion.
Why Refresh?
Programme Delivery:
Individuals can update by completing a CIEH workbook, attending a 2-hour revision session then sitting the exam (see Course Dates)
In-house groups can have a 1-day refresher, followed by the exam at the end of the day
