Food Safety, Level 4

A sector-specific qualification to meet industry's need for a higher level practical qualification with external accreditation

 

Designed to develop comprehensive knowledge and skills in key areas of food safety management, the Level 4 Award is ideal for owners or managers of food businesses, supervisors with level 3 food safety knowledge, those who monitor and audit food safety systems and trainers wishing to deliver level 3 qualifications (with an appropriate training qualification).

 

Delegates will be required to complete a controlled and assignment and an examination paper, both of which are to be completed under examination conditions.
