Food Safety Courses

"Food handlers must receive appropriate supervision and be instructed/trained in food hygiene to enable them to handle food safely.  Those responsible for developing & maintaining the business' food safety procedures, based on HACCP principles, must have received adequate training" Food Standards Agency

Food poisoning can be unpleasant to even a healthy person ... but it can be fatal for the vulnerable groups (ie: the young, elderly, ill or convalescing).  Therefore, it's important that everyone takes responsibility for keeping food safe for consumers.

Career Steps have been providing food safety qualifications via the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) for over 15 years.  In our 2012, the CIEH commented about us:

"Excellent Customer Care - continually responsive and flexible to individual candidates' needs"
