Career Steps is very proud to announce that two of the Directors, Julie & James Balch, have been invited once again to join the team of international and local consultants working with Capacity Building for Enterprise (CBE) and Business Consult Africa in Malawi.
With funding provided by the Scottish Government & The Malawi Business Group, CBE is partnered with Business Consult Africa offering consultancy in areas of business feasibility assessment, business leadership development, business planning, team building, organisational review, strategic planning, finance, sales & marketing, research & operational improvement planning.
This is Julie's second visit to the country, having spent three months there in 2010. Now, both Julie & James will be working in Malawi for six months to develop a revenue-generating, self-sustaining business coaching and consultancy organisation.
THE INTERNATIONAL FOOD SAFETY & HACCP SEMINAR
For the food and Drink Industry of Malawi
One of Julie’s first tasks is to lead the International Food Safety & HACCP seminar for the Food & Drink Industry of Malawi, to be held on 2 September 2011. The seminar will attract agriculture, food manufacturing, hospitality and catering companies to improve safety of the Malawi food supply.
Julie, a veteran in providing food safety and HACCP training, has directed and carried out contracts throughout the UK, in addition to India, the Caribbean, Dubai, Gibraltar, South Mekong and Turkey.
